Account & Data Deletion Request
Users of the Egy Rental mobile application may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
To request account or data deletion, please contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email us at: support@egy-rental.com
- Include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Provide the email address or phone number used during booking
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete:
- Personal information (name, phone number, email)
- Booking and reservation data
- Any associated user records
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes for up to 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
