A luxurious apartment situated in the middle of everywhere in Cairo (Maadi ). Rooms are newly furnished, air conditioned, well designed, have all amenities,and quiet . The apartment is ten minutes from the autostrade, and walking distance from the Nile river road and the underground station.
Hotel standard quality with home like comfort and the privacy of apartments offered with a reasonable price.
I have nothing against unmarried couples or any kind of relationships.
The space
The flat is 160m2 size,
Bedroom (1): king-sized bed (180*200 cm ) , large closet and a mirror.
Bedroom (2): queen-sized bed (170*200 cm) , closet, 32 inch T.V
Bedrooms are always provided with clean and (Egyptian)cotton Linens.
Living room: comfortable sofa bed, couple of chairs and 40 inch T.V
Reception and dining room are well designed equipped with HiFi (Sony) to enjoy your favorite music.
Kitchen: fully equipped with all amenities you might need.
Bathrooms: couple of bathrooms with a shower in one of them.
Bathrooms are also provided with clean towels.
All rooms have ensuite facilities.
The flat is meticulously cleaned before and after each guest.
Free hi speed Wifi is always available.
The place is even better than it looks
Guest access
Guests can have an access to the automatic washing machine, fridge, toaster, sandwich maker, TV’s, Hifi sound system, free WIFI internet, and everything .cotton clean linens and towels are always provided.
there is a Renault fluence and/or Nissan Sunny cars with a driver( as tour guide) ready to guide you anywhere in Egypt of 35€ / day from 10 AM to 7 PM. (Optional), so you can go anywhere in Cairo or even out stations for ex.Alexandria or anywhere else.
Other things to note
This luxurious, fully equipped and clean flat has been provided with a low price to encourage guests to come to Cairo as one of the great historical destinations ever.
My eligibility to become a super host encourages me to offer the best to my guests.
– you can ask me a driver to pick you up to the place from the airport and to the airport once again after checking out for 15€/each trip .
A day tour to the pyramids then the Egyptian museum is available with 45€
A day tour to the cetadel, M. Ali mosque, and the hanging church with 40€
– you can ask me either a ride to ALEXANDRIA or ELSOKHNA with 79€.
Note:
– I have nothing against unmarried couples or any kind of relationship.
-Every additional adult is considered an extra guest, please select the correct number of guests.
– Please keep the flat clean and tidy as you found it on arrival as you can.
– Please switch off the lights, AC, heater, HIFI, and TV before going out.

I want to add that there is a tour guide who welcomes your presence, an Egyptian who speaks English fluently. Whatever you need in Cairo and its suburbs and other cities inside Egypt, she will accompany you. You will know about the history of Egypt of all kinds (Pharaonic, Christian, Islamic, Roman, Greek, and every civilization that crossed Egypt) through our tour guide, Aya
She will take you from your apartment to the archaeological and entertainment sites during the number of days you want to have a break
